The Middle School Counselor functions as a primary student advocate within the school community by challenging, encouraging and supporting students. Counseling Center services include individual and group counseling, conferences with students, parents and faculty, student assessments, college and career information, consultation and coordinating referral services. On a day to day basis the counselor is also available to deal with crisis situations that need immediate attention

Short term, individual counseling is available on an on-going, as needed basis. This is helpful usually in the areas of peer relationships, behavior difficulties, grief, underachievement, homework difficulties, and organizational skills. Please contact your child’s counselor at 915-774-4040 if you are interested in setting up some sessions for your child.
